IN3D week3 Lab2-exercise 2 washboard

in this exercise , i find that making the washboard much easier than making the track , maybe it is because the steps is less complex and the command given is much simple, when i follow the PDF , there is  a small error , it is the making of the left handle, when i apply the length, hight and width. the rectangle turn out to be a bevel shape. i have to manually adjust the setting.
another thing that i learn is the bevel setting, i found out that in each polygon , there is a limit to how much bevel can it withstand. for example for the top stringer i try to bevel it to 0.7 the program become unstable, when i adjust it to 1the program crash.
for the colouring, as my tutor have gone through a bit of the colour factor. i try to use it on the washboard, my aim is to create a olden day washboard where the material is made of old tree truck like during the 1960
 . therefore the colour should be as brownish and dark to show the age of the washboard .
 the interior of the washboard i use hair tube shade and the exterior i use Lambert. this is to allow the light to reflect on the side of the washboard and not the interior .
